Sagar,

I'm CCing this message to the jetspeed-user@jakarata.apache.org list also, so others may benefit, please continue this conversation there as other's may like to comment.

You may have multiple PSML files per user which controls layout of the portlets for each user.  There are proposal's in the works for a security mechanism for controlling which users have access ( and what kind of access ) to portlets.  But I'm not sure if any code for this has landed in CVS yet, others may want to comment.
