[I] Improve result panel behavior for intermediate operators [texera]

xuang7 opened a new issue, #4500:
URL: https://github.com/apache/texera/issues/4500

   ### Feature Summary

Currently, the result panel only displays results for the final operator and intermediate operators with the eye icon enabled. This behavior was not very intuitive for new users, as they expected the result panel to show results for each operator after execution.

When no result is available, the panel only shows "Empty result set" without providing guidance on enabling the eye icon to display intermediate results.

No result shown when the eye icon is not enabled:

Result shown after the eye icon is enabled:

   Result shown:

   ### Proposed Solution or Design

Make the result display behavior more intuitive.

   Possible options:
   - Show a hint or message when an intermediate operator has no result displayed because the eye icon is not enabled.
   - Consider enabling result display for selected operators automatically when users click on them after execution.

   ### Impact / Priority

   (P2)Medium – useful enhancement

   ### Affected Area

One way to solve this issue is to enable materialization for each port by default, as most workflow systems do. It will for sure increase the storage overhead during the execution.

I agree that the current empty result message is not intuitive. We can improve the message, as @xuang7 's first suggested option. The second option is not currently possible in our engine (or in the future with cache enabled) because the results of those intermediate operators are simply not saved / cached. A user cannot see those results unless they rerun the workflow just for that specific non-cached operator's results.

Additionally, in our ongoing caching work's design, we already have a symbol on the output ports to indicate whether result is available for that port (the yellow diamond.) On top of a better result-panel message, this will make the user experience even more intuitive.

The backend does pipelined execution. Currently by default we only materialize the ports that either are part of a sink operator or have an "eye" icon on them. Most other systems materialize every operator's output. If we use it as the default behavior, it's convenient for users, but will increase the size of the results. It's a tradeoff between user experience and system cost.

@Xiao-zhen-Liu It's closely related to your current caching work. Any thoughts?
