Try the "Recycled" dir, or the "Recycle Bin" at the bottom, not the 
hidden RECYCLER directory (which is basically the "backend" for the 
Recycle bin)

1995 is *9* years ago. In 2k and XP, it works.

You can just browse the Recycle Bin and delete or restore any files you 
like.

I'm not trying to defend the "svn should use the recycle bin" position 
(it's a command line tool, it shouldn't use the recycle bin, just like 
del doesn't use it), I'm just pointing out some misconceptions about the 
recycle bin.
