   To align with code changes in #15099 : 
   - Deprecate `managedLedgerMaxUnackedRangesToPersistInZooKeeper` and use `managedLedgerMaxUnackedRangesToPersistInMetadataStore` instead
   - Add some missing parameters to the broker config section
