[jira] [Commented] (AIRAVATA-3624) Notices Archive for gateway users to visit and view later time

Marcus Christie commented on AIRAVATA-3624:
-------------------------------------------

[~eroma_a], a slight clarification. When user's mark a notice as read, it no longer counts toward the bell icon unread count, but it doesn't disappear from the notices list. It does however disappear when it expires, and I agree it could be useful for users to be able to see an archive of past notices that have expired.

> Gateway PIs can add notices to the gateway for logged in users to view. The users are notified of the notices available by the bell icon on top and a number to how many are there.
>
> When the user marks the 'mark as read' the notices disappear and there is no way to visit them again.
> The feature is to have a archive for users to visit and view the messages marked as read/all the messages intended for the users.
