plugin sites have been rebuilt...

FYI, I've just rebuilt all the plugin web sites. 

Boy, that was long and memory hungry! I had given the JVM 512M of RAM
and it could only reach letter J of the plugins. I had to do it chunck
by chunck. We still have a memory problem somewhere it seems.
