removal of the old deprecated Bridge feature from Geode

The removal of the old deprecated Bridge feature from Geode is complete.
The code has been reviewed and tested. Take a look at
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/GEODE-243 for details.

Does anyone see a problem with this work being merged to develop?
It will prevent a rolling upgrade but so does GEODE-77.
