I performed a minimal check:

- incubating in the name
- source is identical to my clean git checkout (only files not included in distribution: .git subdirectory and KEYS file)
- no unexpected binaries in source
- source compiles and passes all 3813 unit tests (LANG=C.UTF-8, AdaptOpenJDK 11.0.7+10)
- DISCLAIMER, LICENSE, NOTICE, README.md in binaries all look good (maybe include a TDML file for a smoke test?)
- bin/daffodil --version, --help works as expected
