Thrift sink alias doesn't exist, so need to specify fully-qualified name in config file. This is in contrast to thrift source, which has "thrift" alias.

I recommend having "thrift" as the alias for both thrift source and thrift sink, similar to how we have "avro" alias for both avro source and avro sink.
