Hi, [~prasadm]
I tried to update hive version to apache version, but I met some issues in e2e tests. Please see apacheHiveVersion.patch, SessionState.get() will return null, did I miss anything? So I think we'd better create a standalone jira which just change Hive version to Apache Hive based on current Sentry. And this ticket will just update V2 for apache hive.
If you are free, could you help to pick up a jira to change Hive version to Apache Hive?
