Downtime for multiple Jenkins Controllers

Hi All,

This coming Sunday, the following Jenkins Controllers will be taken down
for software upgrades and an internal DNS change, the service names will
be unaffected and no action is needed on your part.

Downtime for each should be about 1/2 hr and will take place sometime
between 9am and 2pm UTC, Each Controller will be placed in shutdown mode
a few hours before if needed to allow in progress builds time to complete.
