I would like this code to go into a separate branch while committing. The core issue is that I think this should be a different JAR and not part of the same code base. I had a discussion with  [~elek] and [~bharat] and they are not fully convinced.  I would rather get this committed while we work out the details of the deployment. I will create a branch for you, can you please rebase this patch against that branch?
