   While we certainly could, I'm not sure it's worth the trouble to put it in the repo (I generated it just to make sure everything makes sense in the license). For future _patch_ releases we don't expect to be upgrading major dependency changes to runtime-deps that we would later compare against, so the value of a runtime-deps in an older branch is diminished, especially now that 1.11 would soon be out and be the version we do future patch releases against.
