jk 1.2.20 release candidate: Windows Binaries available

Hi,

Mladen Turk provided Windows Binaries for win32 (Apache mod_jk, IIS
isapi plugin and Netscape nsapi plugin) and for win64 (AMD+IA64 isapi
plugin):
