[jira] [Commented] (SLIDER-1146) Remove test.failIfNoTests property from build

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SLIDER-1146?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=15345360#comment-15345360 ]

Josh Elser commented on SLIDER-1146:

Ah, I see there is also a {{test.funtests.failIfNoTests}}. I don't see any reason to have {{test.failIfNoTests}} be a separate/special thing. Going to remove that and leave {{test.funtests.failIfNoTests}} as-is.

> For whatever reason, we seem to have a custom property in the slider build to control whether or not the build should fail if no tests were executed call {{test.failIfNoTests}}. Surefire already provides {{failIfNoTests}} explicitly for this purpose. Best as I can see, this is pointless to have a separate property defined.
