is hardcoded in NodeImpl... moving that to the EffectiveNodeTypeManager
would allow to use the same functionality also throughout oak-core

added in revision 1416949 and resolved TODOs in IdentifierManager. i am sure
there are more places to replace (will do that as i come across).
