jsf.js modular includes

Hello since we are close to a release here is a short blog on the
modular include facilities I have been working on for 2.1.4.

I will post the link also on the users list once we have the release out
and also will add a wiki entry.

This is just for the first orientation on the issue.

By using minimal-modern you basically can shave around 50 Kbytes off the 
final jsf.js file.
