File Upload again

HELP,HELP,PLEASE, HELP - does anyone tried to use
FileItem in tdk1.1a11 ?

 I'm trying to get FileItem using:
    data.getParameters().getFileItem("some_name")
 but it returns null again and again.

 File is uploaded into temporary directory and
 Parameters Parser has proper data (I've checked this)
 but "getFileItem" returns null....

 In tdk1.1a10 it works properly...am I doing something wrong ?
