On default config-group I click on +Exception. This launches the select/create config-group dialog. However the config-groups drop down is not populated based on the current config-groups. 

Also if I select a config-group, or create a new config-group, that config-group is not selected and shown. 

What is expected is when I click OK, the config-group is selected and its configurations show up.
