Why is pax-web-extender-whiteboard so old (1.1.17) in 2.3.x?

Hey All,

I believe I've run into an issue with pax-web-extender-whiteboard/1.1.17's HttpServiceTracker when working with the Felix Http Bridge. I downloaded the whiteboard project and apparently Karaf 2.3.X is running a very old version. Can I move to a later version?

Thanks
