While using Beam + GCP Dataflow template. I get following error (Current user  cannot act as service account C:\bq-keys\silicon-pointer-446307-f4-f324929c20b8.json. If the service account belongs to the current project, please grant your user account one of [Owner, Editor, Service Account User] roles, or any other role that includes the iam.serviceAccounts.actAs permission).
