0.15 imports files with spaces in names and replaces by %20
0.15 client Debian Sid packages
0.15 server all compiled from source
I imported a tree which had a few files with spaces in their names. Such
as 'error handler.cpp'. When I checked out my import, the files were
renamed like so: 'error%20handler.cpp'.

Anyway, the client is from Debian Sid packages - and unless he has
some magic touch source for that, it is:
svn, version 0.14.5 (r3566)
So, don't fear regression yet.

0.15 is revision 3687, but this bug was supposedly fixed in 3646. Has there
been a regression?
