Turbine site : broken links

I would like to suggest to the Turbine team to correct broken links on 
the Turbine Web server .

For instance, in the page : 
http://jakarta.apache.org/turbine/turbine-2.2.1/todo.html
the  link to the Turbine documentatin project is false.

There is a very usable tool to verify broken links, called XENU.
