[wss4j] OpenSAML

Sam,

I see a 1.0.1 version of OpenSAML. Should we upgrade to it? that zip
has the dom3 versions of xerces/xalan. which version of SAML do u need
for your work?

I would say we should just leave it for now unless you have a burning
desire to fix the (likely) resulting problems ;)

I believe we still don't yet use any of the SAML related code in WSS4J,
so upgrading to a new version should be fine but may require some work.
Do you remember what the version of the current jar is?
