The {{ExecutionAttemptID}} is only used for constructing {{ResultPartitionID}} during creating {{ResultPartitionWriter}}s in {{ShuffleEnvironment}}.
Actually the {{ResultPartitionID}} could be got directly from {{ResultPartitionDeploymentDescriptor}} via {{ShuffleDescriptor#getResultPartitionID}} then we could avoid passing this field in the interface to make it simple.
