Steps to reproduce
# Start NetBeans with a clean user dir and Java SE 14
# In a Java class type in text block (JEP 355)
# Navigate to Options Dialog|Font&Colors
# Select Java in langauge
# Select Text block in category
# Change Foreground color
# Change back ground color
# Change Font
# Click Apply
*Expected Result*
In editor colors & font are reflected
*Actual Result*
The changes have no effect.
*Workaround*
Close file and open again
