Need help to create Solr committer account / email address.

Hi Solr Team,

Please help me or let me know process, how can I create an Solr committer
account / email address.
I did read instruction at https://reference.apache.org/committer/email, but
not able to get this right or configured it correctly.

Anup,

Committership on Apache projects is "by invitation". If you wish to
participate in the community, I'd suggest you pick a JIRA ticket and
work on it. Start making contributions via JIRA, and after a while, if
you keep that up, your efforts will be noticed and you will be invited
to participate as a committer.
