tomcat-3.2.3 and cocoon-1.8.2 not working :)

Hello everyone,
I can't access http://localhost:8080/cocoon/samples/index.xml.  This is
the error:
Not Found (404)
Original request: /cocoon/samples/index.xml 
Not found request: /cocoon/samples/index.xml 

Here are you I did:
- add cocoon context in $tomcat_home/conf/server.xml
- modified $tomcat_home/webapps/cocoon/WEB-INF/web.xml
- copy $cocoon_home/lib/*.jar and $cocoon_home/bin/cocoon.jar to
$tomcat_home/lib/


Can anyone help me?  Thanks
