> HADOOP-16054 wants to upgrade the ubuntu version of the docker image from 16.04 to 18.04. However, ubuntu 18.04 brings maven 3.6.0 by default and the pre-commit jobs fail to add comments to GitHub and JIRA. The issue was fixed by YETUS-957 and upgrading the Yetus version to 0.12.0-SNAPSHOT (or 0.12.0, if released) will fix the problem.
