[ANN] Contributions of JMX management infrastructure to Apache Felix

Hi, Felix list,

I am pleased to announce that 2 teams would like to contribute JMX
management bundles to the Apache Felix project.  We are now working
with Stephane Frenot's team from INSA-LYON (insajmx/jmxosgi) and Juan
C. Dueñas, Manuel Santillán, and José L. Ruiz from DIT UPM (JMood).

The Felix team would love to ship with a default JMX suite, in
particular for use as a server-side platform.  By integrating existing
JMX work for managing OSGi service platforms we will provide:

o  Basic JMX tools and infrastructure, such as remote connectors.
o  The monitoring and control of the Apache Felix framework.
o  The monitoring and control of OSGi R4 compendium services.
o  Lightweight JMX console support.
o  The deployment of management policies.
