lenya -> cocoon irc channel

it makes sense to merge the #lenya and #cocoon irc channels. i therefore 
suggest that we close down #lenya and start to hang out on #cocoon.

on a related note, i  know about the argument of back channels and how 
every discussion should go over the list, and i agree. meanwhile, irc is 
very useful for quickly converging on something or asking questions. so 
i suggest you lurk there.
