[ANNOUNCE] New PMC and Committers: Jiajun Wang, Neal Sun, Vivo Xu, Xiaoyuan Lu

Hi, All


  The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Helix has asked:

   - Jiajun Wang to become PMC member
   - Neal Sun, Vivo Xu and Xiaoyuan Lu to become committers


and we are pleased to announce that they have accepted.


  Being a PMC/committer enables easier contribution to the project since
there is no need to go via the patch submission process. This should enable
better productivity.


  Welcome Jiajun Wang, Neal Sun, Vivo Xu and Xiaoyuan Lu!
