Potential FAQ: Cygwin builds

Hya,

Excuse my newbosity if you would, but is there a fairly
straightforward to way to build xerces using cygwin?  There doesn't
seem to be anything in there that's too esoteric.

Please feel free to point me to TFM that I might R it.
