[ANNOUNCE] Apache ActiveMQ 5.4.0 released

The Apache ActiveMQ team is pleased to announce the release of Apache
ActiveMQ 5.4.0.
This is a maintenance release, bringing together close to 300 resolved
issues and many new features.
