I'm still having a similar problem with a clean install of Apache 2.0.52:
All html pages >64K repeat themselves after 64K.
Total file size is correct, though.

Apache 1.3.31 works fine.
Using Windows XP SP2.
No firewall is active (Zonealarm installed but shut down).
Connecting from localhost.
httpd.conf is standard.
Removal of optional modules does not help.
Directive Win32DisableAcceptEx does not help.
Happens with all current browsers, including Lynx.
Setting TCP/IP tweaks according to
http://www.speedguide.net/read_articles.php?id=157 does not help.

This seems a major problem, isn't it?
