Class loader problem

I have a CORBA Client-side API ( used with VisiBroker 4.5 ) used to access 
remote resources from my web server. In order to use this API, I have placed 
the VisiBroker's vbjorb.jar file in my WebApp/lib directory. With the former 
release of Tomcat i.e. 4.0, everything worked marvelously well. But when I 
tried to install everything on 4.0.4, there were some class-loading problems. 
What are the differences between 4.0 and 4.0.4 regarding class-loading???
