[ANN] New committer: Kento Nozawa

The Project Management Committee (PMC) of Apache Hivemall
has invited Kento Nozawa to become a committer and we are pleased
to announce that he has accepted.

He recently made several contributions [1] to Hivemall.
Specifically, he contributed SLIM recommendation algorithm that I
recently merged and f-measure evaluation scheme.
He is also working on word2vec implementation [2].
