The alpha version of Bigtop Docker Sandbox was out in BIGTOP-2615.
There're some improvements can be made according to [~warwithin]'s feedbacks(appreciate that!):
* support dryrun
* support local yum repo
* provide sandbox images

Which will be addressed under this umbrella JIRA.
