[PATCH] JUnit sysproperty

JUnit task did not allow the possibility to set properties available when
running in Ant's VM.
Solution use the same sysproperty as available in Java task.

- Added support for sysproperty
- Refactoring to prepare for future modification
- Added javadoc
- Added sysproperty documentation
