log4php is still missing from the report.  New projects, e.g., CouchDB,
Thrift, etc., are expected to report EVERY month for the first three (3)
months.

I am heading to Raleigh this afternoon, and will do the Report this evening
from the hotel, so all Mentors should make sure that their podlings (those
reporting this month) have provided a report.  Hopefully, some PMC members
will review the reports, too.
