[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-666) Update documentation on node
sorting policy
Ronald Zhang created YUNIKORN-666:
-------------------------------------
Summary: Update documentation on node sorting policy
Key: YUNIKORN-666
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-666
Project: Apache YuniKorn
Issue Type: Improvement
Components: documentation
Reporter: Ronald Zhang
Fix For: 0.11
The node sorting [documentation|http://yunikorn.apache.org/docs/next/user_guide/sorting_policies/#node-sorting] could use more description on how node utilization is determined. Currently, it has a good description on the ideal use cases for fair vs bin-packing, but the description for how the list of nodes is sorted is a little vague.
