[DISCUSS] [VOTE] Move Commons Math to TLP (again)...

I would like to understand what happened when the such a [VOTE] passed previously.

Was no resolution developed and taken to the board?

Was there a roadmap for how movement/forking of Commons Math would be undertaken and what the legacy at Commons Math might be?

What is there that has the situation be different now?

The TLP vote passed[1] and then there were discussions about the name[2]
and composition of the PMC[3], then Phil withdrew[4] and it the idea died
at that point. Later Luc resigned and we heard about hipparchus [5][6].

No, the proposal died

I dont think it was discussed, but Math code would have moved and Commons
Math ceased to exist.

What is there that has the situation be different now?

Five out of the six people who worked on Math left to work on hipparchus
