I need exclusive access to the SVN repository

Folks,
I'm going to change package names, insert legal headers, and format code.
 This will mean a change to every Scala file.

I'd like to do this when everyone else has code checked in.

If Darren and Vassil give me the thumbs up, I'll do the changes this
afternoon.  Alternatively, I can do them on Friday.
