[jira] [Created] (VCL-589) Windows 7 and 2008 Sysprep not working
Andy Kurth created VCL-589:
------------------------------
Summary: Windows 7 and 2008 Sysprep not working
Key: VCL-589
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/VCL-589
Project: VCL
Issue Type: Bug
Components: vcld (backend)
Affects Versions: 2.2.1
Reporter: Andy Kurth
Assignee: Andy Kurth
Priority: Minor
Fix For: 2.3
Sysprep is failing under Windows 7 SP1 and Windows Server 2008 R2. The sysprep_cmdlines.cmd script which configures autologon and sets the post_load.cmd script to run is not working. In the middle of Sysprep's mini-setup, this script should run. It writes its output to the Logs directory in root's Cygwin home directory. The script fails because SYSTEM does not have permissions to write to this directory.
