* Use QueryablePipeline#getTopologicallyOrderedTransforms and execute processBundle requests.
* Explore: is it worth caching the sorted structure when registerRequest is received.
* Also, explore how we can handle cycles in the execution stage in process bundle request if any.

Closing this to avoid future confusion. I don't think we have a good reason to do this, and putting constraints like this in place tends to make consumers less careful than they should be.
