Hi,

I would like to nominate

Stephane Bailliez <sb...@imediation.com>

as an Ant Committer. If you look back through the archives theres lots of 
places where Stephane has helped (especially with junit*), thus would be a 
great addition to ant-dev. To start the voting here is my

With my +1, that brings us to at least five.  If there are no -1's, Stephane
