simple minded patch to flag error if ServerName contains glob chars

e.g
|./bin/apachectl start
Syntax error on line 106 of /space/store/apache.26.May/install/conf/httpd.conf:
Invalid ServerName "*.india.sun.com" use ServerAlias to set multiple server
names.
