   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   现在只能用effectScatter的ripple效果来制作简陋的涟漪效果
   
   使用其他手段对于我等小白实在残忍
   
   有没有可能给effectScatter加特技
   
   像是 https://info.swufe.edu.cn/netinfo/echarts/doc/example/map11.html 所示
   
   当然 这个example是echarts2专属的
   
   ### What does the proposed API look like?
   比如现在的effectedScatter.rippleEffect.brushType有brush和fill
   
   再增加个dokidoki之类的
   
   然后可以用那种特帅的特效
