[users@httpd] Mac browser is not allowing to browse secure site which is assigned certificate by self

Hi,
   Machinthose browsers are not allowing to view our secusre site(https://) which has been assigned certficates issued by our self. It is showing the message that it is not trusted security issuer and not even allow us to install certificate 
    Any suggestions greatly appreciated
