        Release Note: The preferred block size XML element has been corrected from "<perferredBlockSize>" to "<preferredBlockSize>".
             Summary: Fix preferredBlockSize typo in OIV XML output  (was: Typo in OIV)
    Target Version/s: 3.0.0

LGTM, targeting this for 3.0 since this is a user visible change. Will commit when Jenkins comes back clean, thanks for fixing this Nicole!
